WASHINGTON, DC: Today, U.S. Representative Rob Bresnahan, Jr. (PA-08) sent a letter to UnitedHealth Group Inc., and Jefferson Health expressing his frustration with their ongoing contract dispute and demanding the two organizations work to resolve it as expediently as possible. The dispute has caused Lehigh Valley Health Network providers and facilities to be out-of-network for many patients since April 26.

WASHINGTON, DC: Today, U.S. Representative Rob Bresnahan, Jr. (PA-08) voted in favor of the Secure America Act, legislation providing long-term funding for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), ensuring the agencies have the resources needed to secure protect America and its borders. The legislation passed the House today by a vote of 214-212.

Born in Kingston and raised in Wyoming Borough and Hughestown, Rob Bresnahan Jr. lives and breathes Northeastern Pennsylvania. From an early age, Rob was an avid participant in his family’s businesses, starting from sweeping the floors at 10 years old to running his grandfather’s electrical contracting company after college.
