April 14, 2026
U.S. Rep. Rob Bresnahan Jr. announced he has submitted 20 funding requests totaling more than $59 million for community projects across Northeastern Pennsylvania as part of the Fiscal Year 2027 federal appropriations process.
The requests, submitted through the Community Project Funding (CPF) program, focus on public safety, infrastructure, healthcare, and economic development initiatives throughout the region.
“I came to Congress to make sure the people of Northeastern Pennsylvania see their tax dollars put to work right here at home,” Bresnahan said. “These requests are about strengthening our communities and supporting local needs.”
