WASHINGTON, DC: Today, U.S. Representative Rob Bresnahan, Jr. (PA-08) voted in favor of H.R. 27, the Halt All Lethal Trafficking (HALT) Fentanyl Act. This bipartisan legislation, which passed the House by a vote of 312-108, would remove incentives for the creation of new, dangerous substances by permanently designating fentanyl analogues in schedule 1 of the Controlled Substances Act (CSA).
