WASHINGTON, DC — On January 22, U.S. Representative Rob Bresnahan, Jr. (PA-08) voted in favor of H.R. 7147, the Department of Homeland Security Appropriations Act, 2026 and H.R. 7148, the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2026. H.R. 7147 passed the House by a vote of 220-207, and H.R. 7148, which includes three of the 12 appropriations bills for Fiscal Year 2026, passed the House by a vote of 341-88.

WASHINGTON, DC — On December 16, U.S. Representative Rob Bresnahan, Jr. (PA-08) announced he signed Discharge Petition No. 11 to provide for the consideration of H.R. 1908, the End Congressional Stock Trading Act. Rep. Bresnahan signed the petition on December 10, 2025, and was the 37th Member to do so. The petition currently has 67 signatures.
“This will give Members and Americans alike the framework needed to offer transparency and accountability in Congress,” said Rep. Bresnahan.
